We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or packages delayed by the shipping service. Delivery Time Frame:
Ships within 1-3 business days M-F, allow 1-8 business days transit time. Shipping times may differ according to the availability of merchandise.

Picking Up Orders In-Store:

Returns & Replacements
Finding the perfect fit for lingerie & swimwear can be difficult. Contact us for a fit consultation, we will assist you in finding the correct style and size. All sale items are FINAL purchase. All returns are for exchange or store credit ONLY as long as the return follows our policy below:
Return/Exchange Criteria:
• Purchased less than 15 days ago.
• Has not been worn, altered, or washed.
• Hosiery items that have been opened or tried on can not be returned.
• All tags are attached.
• Must have original receipt.
• Please be mindful when trying on underwear and swimwear, please try on over your own underwear.

*We reserve the right to deny a return if it does not meet our return policy.
Please contact us for return label and fill out the Return Form to indicate exchange or store credit. You are also welcome to return your order to our physical store. You will receive an email once we have received your return confirming a store credit balance or an exchange.

We will honor the same code again for a one time even exchange (new color or size in the same item)
Gift Returns
Standard return policy applies. Must include gift receipt and our return form.
Late Returns
To be eligible for store credit or exchange, your return must be postmarked within 15 days of receipt. Late returns will be accepted solely at the discretion of Lilies & Lace.
Damaged Items
Please contact us immediately, we may ask you to return your order for further investigation so we can agree on the best solution.
